Cheese making is easier than you think!
Learn how to make a variety of cheese from a local Israeli artisan, including labneh, ricotta, feta and haloumi.
Some cheeses will be made in advance to demonstrate the various stages. This session will end in a cheese tasting extravaganza! No experience necessary.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Ayelet has been cooking since she can remember.
Her grandmother was a professional talented and intuitive chef showing a tendency towards trusting her instinct and experimentation.
It was she that gave Ayelet her fundamental skills which she continues to use today to teach classes and sell her products to the public.
